摘 要:【目的/意义】在积极推动AI教育发展的背景下,探寻何种因素致使用户持续使用AI学习平台是一个关键问题。【方法/过程】本研究将家庭社会经济地位SES(social economic status)不平等作为研究情景,构建基于计划行为理论的中学生AI学习平台持续使用意愿影响因素研究模型。通过对SES进行聚类分组,并对比优劣势两组在进行模型检测时的路径系数差异显著性以研究SES差异对持续使用意愿相关因素的影响。【结果/结论】主观规范和感知行为控制是用户持续使用意愿的直接影响因素,学习功利性、学习享乐性、自我效能感、感知易用性、可获取性间接影响持续使用意愿,其中态度影响不显著。SES对自我效能感与感知行为控制的正向关系有调节作用。【创新/局限】本研究引入用户内在动机和人工智能学习平台内部因素对计划行为理论进行拓展。在不同教育程度群体的研究层面上还有待进一步剖析。【Purpose/significance】In the context of actively promoting the development of AI education, it is a key issue to explore which factors cause users to continue to use the AI learning platform.【Method/process】This research uses family SES(social economic status) inequality as a research scenario, and builds a research model of factors that influence the continuous use of the AI learning platform of middle school students based on the theory of planned behavior. By clustering SES into groups, and comparing the significance of the path coefficient difference between the advantages and disadvantages of the two groups during model testing, the effect of the SES differences on the factors related to the continuous usage intention is studied.【Result/conclusion】Subjective norms and perceived behavior control are the direct factors influencing users’ continuous usage intention. Learning utilitarianism, learning enjoyment, self-efficacy, perceived ease of use, and accessibility indirectly affect the continuous usage intention, among which attitude has no significant effect. SES has a moderating effect on the positive relationship between self-efficacy and perceived behavior control.【Innovation/limitation】This study introduces the user’s intrinsic motivation and the internal factors of the AI learning platform to expand the theory of planned behavior. It needs further analysis on the research level of groups with different education levels.
