摘　　要：为解决高校教学质量评价结果置信度低,无法为高校教学改革提供依据的问题,设计基于模糊综合评判的高校教学质量评价系统。首先,明确评价的主体为高校学生、其他教师以及由领导层组成的专家组;其次,确定数据库服务器选型和网卡选型,并构建教学质量评价指标体系;最后,进行对比实验。实验表明,新的评价系统得出的评价结果置信度更高,可实现对被评价对象更客观、公正的评价。In order to solve the problem of low confidence in the results of university teaching quality evaluation and unable to provide a basis for university teaching reform,a university teaching quality evaluation system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is designed.Firstly,it is clear that the subjects of evaluation are college students,other teachers,and an expert group composed of leadership;secondly,determine the database server selection and network card selection,and build a teaching quality evaluation index system;finally,conduct a comparative experiment.Experiments show that the new evaluation system has a higher degree of confidence in the evaluation results,and can achieve a more objective and fair evaluation of the evaluated objects.
