摘　　要：学生管理法治化不仅是贯彻落实依法治国、依法治校战略的必然要求,而且是落实三全育人和立德树人任务的重要途径。但是,现阶段学生管理法治化发展还存在部分问题亟待解决。基于学生管理法治化的时代意义,分析新时代学生管理法治化问题,提出新时代学生管理法治化策略。The legalization of student management is not only the inevitable requirement for the implementation of the strategy of governing the country and governing the school by law,but also an important way to implement the tasks of three-whole education and moral education.However,at this stage,there are still some problems to be solved in the development of the legalization of student management.Based on the time significance of the legalization of student management,this paper analyzes the problem of the legalization of student management in the new era,and proposes the strategy of the legalization of student management in the new era.
