蔬菜中百菌清、醚菊酯和虫螨腈的气相色谱-质谱联用的非标方法测定研究

摘  要:随着社会经济的高速发展,农产品食品安全得到了重视,气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用仪在农药残留检测中发挥重要作用。但《食品安全国家标准植物源性食品中208种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定气相色谱-质谱联用法》(GB 23200.113—2018)中仅规定了208种农药及其代谢物残留量的检测方法,已不能满足目前常见农药残留的检测需求。本文以蔬菜中百菌清、醚菊酯、虫螨腈3种农药检测为例,参考GB 23200.113—2018的分析原理,建立非标方法,应用于风险评价检测或筛查检测,能降低检测成本和缩短检测时间。With the rapid development of social economy,food safety of agricultural products has been paid attention to.Gas chromatography triple four pole mass spectrometry plays an important role in the detection of pesticide residues.However,“National food safety standard Determination of 208 pesticides and their metabolites residues in plant derived foods gas chromatography-mass spectrometry” (GB 23200.113—2018) only specifies the detection methods of 208 pesticides,which can not meet the current detection requirements of common pesticide residues.Taking the detection of chlorothalonil,ethofenprox and chlorfenapyr in vegetables as an example,and referring to the analysis principle of GB 23200.113—2018 national standard method,this paper establishes a non-standard method,which can be applied to risk assessment detection or screening detection,which can reduce the detection cost and shorten the detection time.
