摘  要:目的:寻找更准确、更简便、更快捷的矿泉水中氰化物的检测方法。方法:采用异烟酸-巴比妥酸分光光度法测定矿泉水中氰化物,研究改进相关条件。结果:矿泉水中氰化物在0~2.0 mg/L,具有良好的线性关系(相关系数r为0.9999),回归方程为y=0.5478x+0.0114,最低检测质量为0.10μg,若水样取250 mL蒸馏测定,其最低检测质量浓度为0.002 mg/L,相对标准偏差在0.76%~2.02%,回收率为96.0%~98.0%。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、简便及快速,满足《食品安全国家标准饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》(GB 8538—2016)的要求。Objective:To find a more accurate,simpler and faster method for the determination of cyanide in mineral water.Methods:Cyanide in mineral water was measured by isicotinate-barbituric acid to improve the relevant conditions.Results:Cyanide in mineral water in the range of 0~2.0 mg/L,there was a good linear relationship(correlation coefficient r was 0.9999),the regression equation was y=0.5478x+0.0114,the minimum detection mass was 0.10μg,and if the water sample was taken 250 mL for distillation determination its minimum detection mass concentration was 0.002 mg/L,the relative standard deviation was between 0.76%~2.02%.The recoveries ranged from 96.0%to 98.0%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,sensitive,simple,rapid,and meets the requirements of GB 8538—2016.
