摘 要:文章旨在研究日粮用碎米完全替代玉米对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化及蛋白质代谢的影响。试验将180头21d断奶、平均体重为(6.48±0.04)kg的仔猪随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复18头。两组断奶仔猪分别饲喂以45%玉米和碎米为主的日粮,试验共持续14d。结果:与玉米组相比,碎米组仔猪断奶后8~14d平均日增重显著提高12.44%(P<0.05),但仔猪断奶后8~14d和1~14d的料重比分别显著降低10.20%和6.98%(P<0.05)。碎米组断奶仔猪血清葡萄糖和胰岛素浓度较玉米组分别显著提高23.87%和180%(P<0.05),但尿素氮浓度显著降低48.02%(P<0.05)。与玉米组相比,碎米组断奶仔猪血清异亮氨酸、色氨酸、缬氨酸和甘氨酸浓度分别显著提高38.79%、21.26%、22.63%和12.50%(P<0.05)。结论:断奶仔猪日粮用45%碎米完全替代玉米可以改善整个生长后期的饲料效率,提高血清葡萄糖和胰岛素浓度,促进蛋白质代谢。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of completely replacing corn with broken rice on growth performance,serum biochemical and protein metabolism of weaned piglets.A total of 180 piglets weaned at 21 days with an average body weight of(6.48±0.04)kg were randomly divided into 2 groups with 5 replicates per group and 18 piglets per replicate.The weaned piglets in the two groups were fed a diet based on 45%corn and broken rice,respectively.The experiment lasted for 14 days.Results:Compared with corn group,the average daily gain of piglets in broken rice group was significantly increased by 12.44%(P<0.05)on 8~14 d after weaning,but the feed/gain of piglets on 8~14 d and 1~14 d after weaning was significantly decreased by 10.20%and 6.98%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with corn group,serum glucose and insulin concentrations of weaned piglets in broken rice group were significantly increased by 23.87%and 180%(P<0.05),respectively,but urea nitrogen concentration was significantly decreased by 48.02%(P<0.05).Compared with corn group,the serum concentrations of isoleucine,tryptophan,valine and glycine in broken rice group were significantly increased by 38.79%,21.26%,22.63%and 12.50%(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusions:Replace corn with 45%broken rice in weaned piglets diet can improve feed efficiency,increase serum glucose and insulin concentrations and promote protein metabolism during the whole growth stage.
