对1例接种人用狂犬疫苗(鸡胚细胞)后视神经脊髓炎谱系病复发患者临床特征的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析1例接种人用狂犬疫苗(鸡胚细胞)后出现视神经脊髓炎谱系病复发情况患者的临床特征,为避免类似疫苗接种异常反应提供参考依据。方法:将2021年8月贵州中医药大学第二附属医院收治的1例接种人用狂犬疫苗(鸡胚细胞)后出现视神经脊髓炎谱系病复发情况的患者作为研究对象。了解其发病特点、临床症状、实验室检查指标、影像学检查指标及接受治疗的方法等,分析接种人用狂犬疫苗(鸡胚细胞)后出现视神经脊髓炎复发情况患者的临床特征。结果:用中西医结合疗法对接种人用狂犬疫苗(鸡胚细胞)后出现视神经脊髓炎谱系病复发情况的患者进行治疗能显著改善其临床症状。结论:接种人用狂犬疫苗(鸡胚细胞)应严格遵循相关禁忌证原则。在为视神经脊髓炎谱系病患者接种人用狂犬疫苗(鸡胚细胞)后,若发现其出现异常症状及体征,应及时确认其是否出现病情复发的情况。对于出现病情复发情况的患者,应及时对其进行中西医结合治疗,以改善其预后。Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of a patient with recurrent neuromyelitis optica spectrum disease after inoculation with human rabies vaccine(chicken embryo cells),and to provide reference for avoiding similar abnormal reactions to vaccine inoculation.Methods:A patient with recurrent neuromyelitis optica spectrum disease after inoculation with human rabies vaccine(chicken embryo cells)was enrolled in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in August 2021.To understand the disease characteristics,clinical symptoms,laboratory examination indicators,imaging indicators and treatment methods,etc.,to analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with recurrent neuromyelitis optica after inoculation with human rabies vaccine(chicken embryo cells).Results:Patients with recurrent neuromyelitis opticalis spectrum disease after inoculation with human rabies vaccine(chicken embryo cell)can be treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Conclusion:The contraindications of human rabies vaccine(chicken embryo cells)should be strictly followed.If abnormal symptoms and signs are found after inoculation of human rabies vaccine(chicken embryo cells)in patients with neuromyelitis opticalis spectrum disease,it is necessary to confirm whether the disease has recurred in time.In order to improve the prognosis,patients with relapse should be treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in time.
