中医药文化融入高校传统保健体育课程的意义及路径探析

摘　　要：中医药文化融入高校传统保健体育课程对推动中华优秀文化传承具有重要意义。本文主要从“知行一致”“天人合一”“阴阳学说”等共通的文化基础理论着手,探讨中医药文化融入传统保健体育课程对国家、社会、个人的积极影响。提出中医药文化融入传统保健体育课程的总体设计应遵从“三维六面”的布局方针,重点在提升传统保健体育教师“文武兼修”的工作素养和优化传统保健体育教学的实施方法,以更全面地促进中医药文化在高校传统保健体育课程中的传承和弘扬。The integration of traditional Chinese medicine culture into the traditional health and physical education curriculum in colleges and universities is of great significance to promote the inheritance of Chinese excellent culture.This paper mainly starts from the common cultural basic theories such as“unity of knowledge and action”,“harmony of man with nature”,and“yin-yang theory”,and discusses the positive influence of traditional Chinses medicine culture on the country,society,and individuals by integrating traditional health care and physical education curriculum.It also proposes that the overall design of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine culture into the traditional health physical education curriculum should follow the“three-dimensional and six-sided”layout policy,focus on improving the cultural literacy of traditional health physical education teachers with“adept with pen and sword”,and optimize the implementation methods of traditional health physical education to be more comprehensive,to promote the inheritance and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine culture in the traditional health sports curriculum of colleges and universities.
