摘 要:运用平板太阳能集热器热迁移因子F_(R)的表达式,研究集热器管间距W和管外径D_(o)对F_(R)的影响规律。研究发现,随着W的减小,F_(R)逐渐增大,当W趋近于D_(o)时,F_(R)趋近最大,此时集热管导热系数对F_(R)影响甚微,即可采用非金属材料替代金属材料制作集热管;随着D_(o)增大,F_(R)先增加而后逐渐下降。研制了非金属管式平板太阳能集热器,建立了其性能试验测量系统。试验结果表明,当工质流量为0.165 kg/s时,F_(R)为0.738,平均集热效率为54%。运用BP神经网络算法,建立了非金属管式平板太阳能集热器出口热流体温度的预测模型,并将预测结果与试验结果进行了比较。Using the expression of heat removal factor F_(R)of flat plate solar collector,the effects of collector tube spacing W and tube outer diameter D_(o)on F_(R)are studied.It is found that with the decrease of W,F_(R)gradually increases.When W approaches D_(o),F_(R)approaches the maximum.At this time,the thermal conductivity of the collector tube has little influence on F_(R),so the collector tube can be made of non-metallic materials instead of metallic materials;With the increase of D_(o),F_(R)increases first and then decreases gradually.The non-metallic tubular flat plate solar collector was developed and its performance experimental system was established The experimental results show that when the working fluid flow rate is 0.165 kg/s,F_(R)is 0.738,and the average collector efficiency is54%.Using the BP neural network algorithm,the prediction model of thermal fluid temperature at the outlet of non-metallic tubular flat plate solar collector was established,and the prediction results were compared with the experimental ones.
