摘 要:在“中国制造2025”等国家战略与突发新冠疫情等的影响下,我国制造企业数字化转型进入了快速发展的新阶段。如何通过信息化建设打造数字化企业,培育企业创新能力对振兴我国制造企业具有重要意义。基于企业资源观的IT能力视角,本文整合必要条件分析(NCA)与结构方程模型(SEM)的混合方法对我国制造企业调查数据进行实证分析,探索IT能力、数字化转型和制造企业创新绩效的影响关系。研究发现数字化转型是企业创新绩效的关键必要条件,并证实数字化转型在IT能力和流程创新绩效之间存在部分中介作用,而在IT能力和产品创新绩效之间存在完全中介作用。通过对数字化转型的必要条件与中介作用的分析,研究深化了当前文献对IT能力、数字化转型和创新绩效之间作用关系的理论认识,也为我国制造企业进行数字化转型和创新管理提供了相关管理与政策建议。In recent years,the both industrial circles and relevant government of the world’s major industrial countries have advocated digital transformation,that is,using the new generation of information technology to promote industrial change,to improve the overall operation efficiency of the industry,and further to build a new digital economy system,such as the"made in China 2025"strategy formulated by Chinese government.At the end of 2019,COVID-19 suddenly pushed the digital transformation of enterprises.The successful realization of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises will quickly achieve product and process innovation,and meet the diverse and personalized needs of customers,thus forming a sustainable development competitiveness.For example,Haier Group uses Teamcenter(the life cycle management platform of MBE)to build a digital enterprise,to support global design collaboration and supply chain operation,and to improve the efficiency of new product development.In the digital wave of post-epidemic era,how to digital transform successfully and improve the innovation capabilities of enterprises has become a critical problem to be solved by manufacturing enterprises.Digital transformation has also received widespread attention in academic circles.At the macro level,digital transformation includes profound changes in the whole society through the use of digital technology.And at the micro-organizational level,enterprises must develop digital transformation strategies to find ways to use relevant digital technologies for innovations.However,prior literatures on digital transformation mainly focus on theoretical research and case exploration,and lack empirical verification on the formation of digital transformation and its specific mechanism on innovation performance.The current cases and theoretical studies on digital transformation also provide theoretical and empirical foundation for further summarizing the general management rules of digital transformation.The digital era is regarded as the turning poin
