摘 要:本文通过对汽车防盗相关的ECE R116、ECE R97、ECE R18法规梳理分析,结合国内强制性标准GB 15740-2006,说明电子机械式和纯电子防盗是新趋势,需要通过法规予以肯定和鼓励。ECE R116目前对电子防盗装置的改动涉及到数字钥匙定义,电子防盗的技术要求和试验方法还不充分。GB 15740的修订除了向国际标准看齐外,对于新型的防盗装置尤其是纯电子防盗装置的技术要求和试验方法还需进一步明确,以便为行业提供相关指导。Based on the analysis of ECE R116,ECE R 97 and ECE R18 related to automobile anti-theft devices,and combined with the Chinese mandatory standard GB 15740-2006,the paper clarified that electromechanical and pure electronic anti-theft are new trends,which needs regulations to give technology affirmation and encouragement.ECE R116’s current changes to electronic anti-theft devices involve digital keys,etc.The technical requirements and test methods are not yet sufficient.In addition to keeping up with international standards,GB 15740 also needs to further clarify the technical requirements and test methods for new anti-theft devices,especially pure electronic anti-theft devices,in order to provide relevant guidance to the industry.
