中医内证体察对人体之气体察方法的传承与创新

摘　　要：中医内证体察学是一门中医学与气功学相互交融的新兴学科,是中医学的重要组成部分。文章首先对人体之气传统体察方法——存想法、意守法和导引法进行了述评,揭示了其体察人体之气的实质是意与气合、以意引气。文章重点对体察人体之气的创新方法——拉气法进行了研究,通过教学实践,对其体察人体之气和调理身体的效果进行了评估,对其体察人体之气的气感描述进行了整理和分析。中医内证体察的拉气法是体察人体之气的较好方法,值得推广与研究。The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inward observation&examination is a newly-developing science integrated with Qigong and is a very important part of TCM.This paper first reviews the traditional methods of perceiving the qi of the human body,that is,the imagination method,consciousness focus method and guiding the body,and reveals that the essence of perceiving the qi of the human body is the combination of the mind and the qi,and inducing the qi by the mind.This paper focuses on the study of the innovative method of observing the qi of human body:the method of pulling qi.Through the teaching practice,it evaluates the effect of observing the qi of human body and conditioning the body,and arranges and analyzes the description of the qi sense of observing the qi of human body.The method of pulling qi of TCM inward observation&examination is a better method to observe the qi of human body,which is worthy of promotion and research.
