摘　　要：蝉蜕、芡实对药是赵进喜教授临床治疗糖尿病肾脏病(DKD)常用对药。文章通过对赵进喜教授应用此对药的经验及中医古代文献进行梳理,探讨蝉蜕、芡实对药治疗DKD的配伍特点和临床应用,认为其具有祛风除邪、内外同治、上下同治的功效,切中DKD"微型癥瘕"基本病机及"肾络伏风"这一重要病理环节,是赵进喜教授治疗DKD"从风论治"思想,以及"三维护肾"理论的具体体现,能够提高中医药治疗DKD的临床疗效。ZHAO Jin-xi uses the couplet medicines of Periostracum Cicadae and Semen Euryales to treat diabetic kidney disease(DKD).This paper concluded the ancient and modern literature,explored the compatibility features and clinical application of Periostracum Cicadae and Semen Euryales in treating DKD.We found that they could treat both expelling wind and dispelling pathogenic factors,internal and external,up and down.The couplet medicines conforms to the pathogenesis theory of‘micro abdominal mass’and‘wind evil hides in kidney collateral’,and is based on the ZHAO Jin-xi’s theory of‘wind pathogen’and‘three-dimensional protecting the kidney’.They can increase the clincal effects in DKD,and need more research of the mechanism.
