医易太极范畴论

摘　　要：太极是易学理论的核心范畴,对中医理论的形成与发展有着重要的影响。太极范畴也是医易会通的重要交点。在实质上,"太极"是"有"本原,等同于道家生成论中的"一",其内涵是阴阳二气的和合统一。太极范畴与中医理论的明确结合始于金元时期,朱丹溪首次引太极范畴入医学,以太极易理释医理。经过朱丹溪的引申发挥,明代的医家对医易太极范畴做了更为深入的研究,独辟蹊径,建立了太极命门学说。太极范畴在中医理论中的应用使得医易关系更为密切,说明了易理与医理同根同源,在学术上可互通有无。Tai-chi is the centre philosophical category of yi-ology theory,which has an important influence on the formation and development of Chinese medicine theory.Also,Tai-chi category is an crucial point of intersection in the theory of integration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and yi-ology.In fact,Tai-chi should be the source of‘you’and the unity of yin-qi and yang-qi,that is equivalent to the‘one’of Taoist theory in‘Taoism generate one’.The specific combination of Tai-chi category and Chinese medicine theory began in the period of Jin and Yuan dynasty,ZHU Dan-xi is the first person who introduced Tai-chi category into medicine,to illustrate the medicine theory by Tai-chi.After ZHU Dan-xi’s introduction and play,the doctors of the Ming dynasty further carried out in-depth research on the category of medical Tai-chi,made a unique way,and established the theory of Tai-chi life gate.Application of Tai-chi category in TCM makes a more close relationship between yi-ology and TCM,which indicating that yi-ology and TCM share the same roots as well as exchange academic idea between them.
