摘　　要：目的探讨胎儿三尖瓣闭锁(TA)的产前超声心动图特点。方法回顾性分析25胎TA胎儿的超声心动图资料,总结TA的超声特点及对其分型。结果TA的超声心动图表现为不同程度的右心室发育不良、三尖瓣无瓣膜启闭活动及无血流信号通过。25胎TA的产前超声分型为:Ⅰ型18胎,Ⅱ型3胎,Ⅲ型4胎。Ⅰ型TA合并简单心脏异常,Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型TA可合并简单心脏异常也可合并复杂性心脏畸形。结论产前超声心动图可诊断TA及对其分型,不同分型的TA合并的心脏异常不同。Objective To investigate the characteristics of prenatal echocardiography in fetal tricuspid atresia(TA).Methods The clinical data of 25 TA fetuses were retrospectively analyzed,and the ultrasonic characteristics and typing of TA were summarized.Results The echocardiography of TA showed different degrees of right ventricular hypoplasia,tricuspid valve on normal opening and closing activity and no blood flow signal.The prenatal ultrasonic typing of TA in 25 fetuses was:18 cases for typeⅠ,3 cases for typeⅡand 4 cases for typeⅢ.The typeⅠwas associated with simple cardiac abnormalities,and TypeⅡandⅢwere associated with simple or complex cardiac abnormalities.Conclusions Prenatal echocardiography can diagnose TA and its types,and different types of TA associated with different cardiac abnormalities.
