摘　　要：目的:分析结直肠癌患者术后腹腔镜引流液中多种肿瘤标志物的表达水平及其与疾病的相关性。方法:抽选于江南大学附属医院2019年1月至12月接受手术治疗的76例结直肠癌患者,根据患者癌症分期情况将其分为Ⅰ组(T1和T2期患者)和Ⅱ组(T3和T4期患者),比较两组患者肿瘤标志物的检测结果,分析结直肠癌患者术前、术后有无淋巴转移情况下肿瘤标志物的差异。结果:Ⅰ组患者CA50、CA125、CA242、CA19-9及CEA检验值均明显低于Ⅱ组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。另外,结直肠癌患者术后无淋巴转移情况相应肿瘤标志物指标明显下降,而发生淋巴转移患者各项肿瘤标志物检测值较术前有所增高(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤标志物水平可以反映结直肠癌患者病情进展情况,可为临床提供参考。Objective:To analyze the expression level of multi-tumor markers in laparoscopic drainage of patients with colorectal cancer and its correlation with the disease.Methods:A total of 76 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into group Ⅰ(T1 and T2 patients) and group Ⅱ(T3 and T4 patients) according to the cancer staging of the patients.The differences of tumor markers between the 2 groups were compared,and the differences of tumor markers with or without lymphatic metastasis in patients with colorectal cancer before and after surgery were analyzed.Results:The CA50,CA125,CA242,CA19-9,and CEA level in group Ⅰ were significantly lower than those in group Ⅱ in line with the detection result,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,in patients with colorectal cancer who had no lymphatic metastasis after operation,the corresponding tumor marker indexes decreased significantly,while the expression of each tumor marker in patients with lymphatic metastasis increased compared with that before the surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of tumor markers can reflect the progress of colorectal cancer and provide reference for clinical practice.
