摘  要:燕麦β-葡聚糖作为可溶性膳食纤维的一种,降脂、降糖作用明显,尤其是降脂效果显著。随着冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)发生率的升高,寻求安全有效的降脂方法尤为重要。对燕麦β-葡聚糖的理化性质、安全性及应用进行阐述,表明燕麦β-葡聚糖对细胞无毒性,其效果与黏度密切相关,可应用于降血脂、降糖、抗氧化作用等方面。此外还分析燕麦β-葡聚糖的降脂作用及机制,研究表明燕麦β-葡聚糖通过影响胆固醇的合成、吸收、排泄等过程,从而不同程度地改善血脂指标。Oatβ-glucan,as a kind of soluble dietary fiber,has obvious lipid-lowering and glucose-lowering effect,especially its lipid-lowering effect.With the increasing incidence of coronary heart disease(CHD),it is particularly important to find a safe and effective method to lower lipid.The physical and chemical properties,safety and application of oatβ-glucan were described.The results showed that oatβ-glucan was non-toxic to cells,and its effect was closely related to viscosity,and could be used in reducing blood lipids,reducing blood sugar,antioxidation and so on.In addition,the lipid-lowering effect and mechanism of oatβ-glucan were analyzed.The results showed that oatβ-glucan could improve the blood lipid index in varying degrees by affecting the synthesis,absorption and excretion of cholesterol.
