摘  要:工厂子弟校是在20世纪50年代社会主义建设时期优先发展工业化的时代背景下产生的。在以生产为逻辑组织起来的生活空间中,劳动者们通过共同参与劳动,构建了一个生产与再生产有机结合的单位集体,子弟校作为再生产和工人福利的职能部门服务于生产活动。子弟校办学主体和经费的国家属性或集体属性,办学目的中为工人阶级服务和培养新型劳动者的目标,人事方面以配合生产为主、辅以兼顾教育特殊性的制度设置,以及教师与家长、学校与家长间共同协作、服务主业生产的关系,都体现了在生产逻辑下同时兼顾劳动者生活或再生产的新型理念。The school for children of employees of state⁃owned enterprises came into being in the 1950s when industrialization was prioritized during the socialist construction period.In the living space organized around production logic,the workers constructed a collective that integrated production and reproduction through joint participation in labor,and children’s school was produced as a functional department of reproduction as well as workers’welfare,and served production activities.The new concept of looking after both the workers’life and reproduction under the production logic was reflected from the following aspects:the national and collective attributes of the main body and funding of the children’s school;the goal of serving the working class and cultivating new workers in the school;the institutional design of personnel system aiming mainly at serving production,while,at the same time,taking into account the peculiar characteristics of education;and the relationship between teachers and parents,and schools and parents,who participated in the production in close collaboration.
