氟化物治疗对龈上洁治术所致牙本质敏感患者患牙疼痛敏感程度及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究氟化物治疗对龈上洁治术所致的牙本质敏感患者患牙疼痛、敏感程度及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2020年11月福建师范大学医院收治的龈上洁治术后出现牙本质敏感的患者300例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。观察组采用氟化物脱敏产品治疗,对照组采用安慰剂治疗。于治疗前及治疗后第7天、第14天比较2组牙痛情况、敏感程度及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:治疗7 d后,2组牙痛程度、牙齿敏感程度和PSQI评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗14 d后,2组牙痛程度、牙齿敏感程度和PSQI评分均较治疗7 d后降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:氟化物治疗龈上洁治术所致的牙本质敏感患者,可有效减轻其患牙疼痛及敏感程度,改善患者痛苦,提高患者睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the effects of fluoride treatment on pain and sensitivity of offending teeth and sleep quality in patients with dentine hypersensitivity induced by supragingival scaling.Methods:A total of 300 patients with dentin hypersensitivity after supragingival scaling who were admitted to Fujian Normal University Hospital from January 2017 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table,with 150 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with fluoride desensitization products,while control group was treated with placebo.Toothache,sensitivity and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were compared between the two groups before treatment and on the 7th and 14th days after treatment.Results:After 7 days of treatment,the degree of toothache,tooth sensitivity and PSQI score in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(Ps<0.05).The degree,tooth sensitivity and PSQI score were all lower than those after 7 days of treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The application of fluoride can effectively alleviate pain and sensitivity of offending teeth,improve their suffering and sleep quality in patients with dentine hypersensitivity induced by supragingival scaling.
