枣仁安神胶囊联合艾司唑仑片治疗睡眠障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对睡眠障碍患者进行临床分析,使用枣仁安神胶囊联合艾司唑仑片进行治疗,在此基础上进行临床效果的观察。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月宁津县人民医院收治的睡眠障碍患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用艾司唑仑片治疗,剂量为1 mg,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用枣仁安神胶囊,随后进行临床效果的探究。观察患者各阶段睡眠相关参数、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、最终治疗成效、患者中医证候积分水平及失眠严重程度指数(ISI)评分。结果:观察组的相关参数优于对照组。结论:二者联合治疗效果显著,能够有效治疗抑郁症患者的睡眠障碍。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zaorenanshen capsule combined with estazolam tablets after clinical analysis of patients with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 60 patients with sleep disorders who were admitted to People′s Hospital of Ningjin County from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estazolam tablets at a dose of 1 mg,and the observation group was additionally treated with Zaorenanshen capsules on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and then the clinical effect was explored.The sleep-related parameters of each stage,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),the final treatment effect,the patient′s TCM syndrome score and the sleep severity index(ISI)score were observed.Results:The related parameters of the observation group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:The combination of the two therapies can effectively treat the sleep disorders in patients with depression.
