摘　　要：目的 了解三级医院临床护士死亡态度现状并分析其影响因素,探讨改善临床护士死亡态度的有效措施。方法 采用方便抽样法,于2019年3—5月选择江苏省无锡市人民医院的护士作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查问卷和死亡态度描绘量表对其进行调查。结果 共回收有效问卷803份。临床护士死亡态度各维度得分均接近中等水平,其中逃离接受维度均分最低,为(3.00±0.81)分;中性接受维度得分最高,为(3.92±0.52)分。多元线性回归分析显示,婚姻状况、关于死亡的过往教育情况、工作科室是护士死亡恐惧的影响因素(P<0.05),宗教信仰、工作科室是趋近接受的影响因素(P<0.05),婚姻状况是死亡逃避的影响因素(P<0.05),工作年限是逃离接受的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 三级医院临床护士死亡态度现状不容乐观,合理的教育内容和手段(如灵性教育)将有望促进临床护士死亡态度的正向发展。ObjectiveTo understand the status quo of clinical nurses’ attitudes toward death in tertiary hospitals, analyze the influencing factors, and explore effective measures to improve the clinical nurses’ attitudes toward death.MethodsThe nurses in Wuxi People’s Hospital of Jiangsu Province were selected as the subjects from March to May 2019 by convenient sampling. They were investigated by using the General Information Questionnaire and Death Attitude Profile-Revised.ResultsA total of 803 valid questionnaires were returned. For clinical nurses’ attitudes toward death, the scores of all dimensions were close to the moderate level. The mean score of the escape acceptance dimension was the lowest,(3.00±0.81) points, while the score of the neutral acceptance dimension was the highest,(3.92±0.52) points. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that nurse’s fear of death was influenced by marital status, previous education about death,and work department(P<0.05), approach acceptance was influenced by religious belief and work department(P<0.05), death avoidance was influenced by marital status(P<0.05), and escape acceptance was influenced by years of working(P<0.05).ConclusionThe attitude toward death is not optimal among the clinical nurses in tertiary hospitals. Reasonable education and means(such as spiritual education) are expected to positively guide clinical nurses’ attitudes toward death.
