摘 要:战略联盟对企业发展的重要价值已被广泛证实,但其“效应悖论”表明构建战略联盟并非就一定意味着高绩效输出。本文借鉴配置理论,在创业情境下从战略行为与环境匹配视角,探讨新创企业战略联盟与创业绩效关系,以明确其效应机制。本文运用211份新创企业数据实证分析发现,技术联盟和营销联盟对创业绩效都有显著影响;政策不确定性和竞争强度均正向调节技术联盟与创业绩效积极关系,而竞争强度则负向调节营销联盟与创业绩效正向关系。在进一步区分成长及顾客绩效后,政策不确定性正向调节技术联盟与成长绩效关系;竞争强度正向调节技术联盟与顾客绩效关系,但对营销联盟与成长及顾客绩效的关系均有负向调节作用。研究结论为新创企业在不同外部环境下构建不同类型战略联盟,以寻求“借鸡生蛋”避免“引狼入室”提供了方向指引和管理借鉴。Due to the“inherent disadvantage”in resources and capabilities,new ventures need to make full use of external forces in face of the fleeting window of opportunity.Therefore,building strategic alliances to obtain resources and create value is an important means to achieve the survival and development of new ventures.However,controversial views on performance of strategic alliances indicate that the effectiveness of strategic alliances is still not clear:some research suggests that the strategic alliances can realize“Borrowing-hen-lay”,namely with the help of partners and their resources advantage to build market trust and business reputation to optimize new product development,speed up the market,gain legitimacy,and overcome the market barriers.However,some other studies have found that the influence of alliance on performance may be negative,that is,the strategic alliances among new venture may“Bring-wolf-home”unfortunately.Through the lens of configuration theory,this paper explores the relationship between strategic alliances and entrepreneurial performance under the moderate effects of environmental factors to clarify the effect mechanism of strategic alliance for new ventures.The purpose of this study is to effectively respond to the“effects paradox”of strategic alliances from the perspective of strategy-environment fit,and to clarify whether the formation of strategic alliances by new ventures is contingent on the external environmental conditions.Empirical data were collected through questionnaire survey,and the measure of all variables were drawn or adapted from existing scales,and were revised through preliminary survey of sample data.The official survey for data collecting covered the new ventures that were incubating or had been incubated at 15 Mass Innovation Space in Chongqing and Chengdu authenticated by the ministry of science and technology of China.The survey lasted for two months,300 questionnaires were issued and 247 were received,excluding the data of 36 firms that had participa
