摘 要:在我国各个地区,县级供电企业是最基础的电网经营单位,是电力企业和城乡居民的重要沟通渠道。而社会经济的发展和进步,必然会对供电企业的管理提出更高的要求。供电企业,特别是对于县级的供电企业而言,更是需要不断提升营销管理水平和创新管理方式,根据市场的需要进行转变,确保供电企业能够进一步地稳定发展,而本文重点是针对提升县级供电企业营销管理水平提出相应的对策。In each area of China,the county-level power supply enterprises are the most basic power grid operation units,and they are an important communication channel between the electric power enterprise and urban and rural residents.The development and progress of social economy will inevitably put forward higher requirements for the management of power supply enterprises.Power supply enterprises,especially for county-level power supply enterprises,need to constantly improve the marketing management level and innovative management methods,change according to the needs of the market,and ensure the further stable development of power supply enterprises.The focus of this paper is to put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the marketing management level of county-level power supply enterprises.
