摘 要:目的基于网络药理学初步探讨预测龙血竭治疗溃疡性结肠炎的主要有效成分、潜在作用靶点及信号通路,为实验研究及临床应用提供参考依据。方法2021年3月通过网络药理学的各大数据库获取龙血竭成分及靶点、溃疡性结肠炎靶点,筛选出二者的共同靶点,构建蛋白互作网络和龙血竭治疗溃疡性结肠炎的“成分-靶点-疾病”交互网络图并加以处理分析。结果通过网络药理学筛选出龙血竭有14种化合物直接或间接作用于白细胞介素-6、SMAD3等90个靶点蛋白,经GO富集分析和KEGG富集分析得到上述靶点中共有54个条目和富集在25条信号通路以此达到治疗溃疡性结肠炎的目的。结论通过网络药理学初步揭示了龙血竭治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有多成分、多靶点、多通路的潜在作用机制,为龙血竭治疗溃疡性结肠炎的进一步实验研究及临床应用提供了参考依据。Objective To preliminarily explore and predict the main effective components,potential targets and signal pathways of Dragon′s Blood(CDB)in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)based on network pharmacology,to provide references for experimental research and clinical applications.Methods In March 2021,the CDB components and targets,and UC targets were obtained through major databases of network pharmacology,their common targets were screened out.Protein interaction network(PPI)and the“component-target-disease”interactive network diagram of CDB for the treatment of UC were constructed to process and analyze.Results It was screened through network pharmacology that 14 CDB compounds directly or indirectly acted on 90 target proteins such as interleukin-6 and SMAD3.The GO and KEGG analysis showed that a total of 54 entries and 25 signals were found and enriched in the above targets,to achieve the purpose of treating UC.Conclusion The potential mechanism of CDB in the treatment of UC with the multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway through network pharmacology,and provided a reference for the further experimental research and clinical application of CDB in the treatment of UC.
