摘　　要：针对某型电动飞机脚蹬控制系统设计中的可靠性问题,在建立推拉钢索脚蹬机构的可靠性模型基础上,参考广义成本函数并结合脚蹬系统实际情况,引入脚蹬部件重要度和系统实际成本的归一化参数,重新设计构建了一个能够描述脚蹬系统实际成本特性的成本函数,并将其作为脚蹬系统可靠性分配的目标函数。以脚蹬系统可靠度作为优化的约束条件,结合遗传算法对可靠度分配进行优化。分析结果表明:构建的成本函数参数的取值与工程设计关联紧密且方法简便灵活,为电动飞机可靠度分配提供了参考方案。In order to investigate cost reliability problem during design process of pedal system for an electric aircraft,a cost reliability design model base of push-pull cable pedal control gear was established to design a generalized pedal cost control function.In view of practical application of the special pedal system,normalized parameters of component importance and actual cost were introduced to reconstruct a generalized cost control function that could describe actual cost control characteristics of the system well.A constructed function condition of target cost,which was constructed by electrical machines,was used as a main objective function of reliability distribution of the pedal system,while the cost corresponding to reliability of the pedal system was used as an optimization constraint.The reliabity distribution was further optimized by genetic algorithm.This method had features of convenience and flexibility,which provided a design reference for reliability distribution of the electric aircraft.
