摘　　要：在时代发展中,市场经济环境发生了很大变化,让企业面临各种各样的风险。财务收支管理是企业管理的一项重要工作,直接关系到自身经济效益,实际工作开展中受到各种因素影响会发生失控风险,造成一定经济损失,因此要进行深入分析找到其中原因。该文先分析酿酒企业财务收支管理失控风险成因,再提出有效预防措施,从而促进企业稳定发展。In the development of the times,the market economic environment has changed a lot,which makes enterprises face all kinds of risks.Financial revenue and expenditure management is an important work of enterprise management,which is directly related to its own economic benefits.In the course of carrying out actual work,it will be influenced by various factors,which will lead to out-of-control risks and certain economic losses,so we need to dig deeper to find out why.This paper first analyzes the causes of the out-of-control risk of financial revenue and expenditure management,and then puts forward effective preventive measures to promote the stable development of enterprises.
