摘　　要：鉴于目前尚缺乏关于视网膜中央动脉闭塞(central retinal artery occlusion, CRAO)充足的循证医学证据,由美国心脏协会卒中委员会,动脉硬化、血栓形成和血管生物委员会,高血压委员会,外周血管疾病委员会组成的专家小组对与CRAO有关的研究进行文献综述,提出了CRAO治疗和二级预防管理声明。早期识别CRAO并尽快分诊至急诊科对患者预后有重要意义,静脉注射组织型纤溶酶原激活剂治疗CRAO可能有效,目前指南建议对CRAO进行标准化和系统的病因评估与治疗,该领域尚需高质量的随机临床试验。There is a paucity of evidence-based medicine evidence for the appropriate management of central retinal artery occlusion(CRAO), the American Heart Association Stroke Council, Council on Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis and Vascular Biology, Council on Hypertension, and Council on Peripheral Vascular Disease set up an expert group to review the literature related to CRAO, and provide a framework for the treatment and secondary prevention of CRAO. Early identification of CRAO and triage to the emergency department as soon as possible are very important. Intravenous injection of tissue plasminogen activator may be effective. The current guidelines recommend standardized and systematic etiological evaluation and treatment of CRAO. High-quality randomized clinical trials are needed in this field.
