辣椒油中阿片生物碱标准样品稳定性研究

摘　　要：本文对吗啡、可待因、罂粟碱、那可丁和蒂巴因5种阿片生物碱物质在辣椒油基质中稳定性情况进行了分析研究。将制作好的辣椒油中5种阿片生物碱标准样品储存在不同温度条件下,并在不同时间进行稳定性考察。参考BJS201802进行检测。结果显示,辣椒油基质标准样品中5种阿片生物碱成分在不同储存条件下稳定性各不相同,在-18℃储存12个月是稳定的,在常温及低温储存时罂粟碱稳定性最好,蒂巴因稳定性最差。The stabilities of five opioid alkaloids including morphine,codeine,papaverine,nacotin and tibaine in chili oil matrix were studied.The stabilities of five standard samples of opioid alkaloids in chili oil were investigated by storing them at different temperatures and for different periods of time,based on BJS 201802.The stabilities of five kinds of opioid alkaloids in the standard sample of chili oil appeared differently under different storage conditions.The five opioid alkaloids in the standard sample of pepper oil were stable when stored at-18℃for 12 months,while papaverine had the best stability and tibaine had the worst stability when stored at room temperature and lower temperatures.
