摘　　要："有理想、有本领、有担当"是习近平新时代青年思想的核心内容,是青年成长成才的价值目标和行动指南。大学生是青年群体中的中坚力量,引领大学生成为新时代"三有"青年是当前高校的重要使命。"三有"青年体现了新时代党和国家的殷切期望和基本要求,为高校人才培养提供了根本遵循,成为新时代大学生成长成才的价值目标。文章从思想认知、价值认同、实践行动三个维度探究"三有"青年大学生的培育之路。“Having ideal,ability and responsibility”is the core content of Xi Jinping’s youth thought in the new era,which is the value goal and actionable guidance for youth to grow up and become accomplished.College students are the backbone of the youth group,and it is the important mission of colleges and universities to lead college students to become the“Three Haves”of the new era.Youth with"Three Haves"embodies the ardent expectations and basic requirements of CPC and our country in the new era,and it provides a fundamental basis for cultivating students with talents in colleges and universities.Besides,it becomes a valuable goal for youth to grow up and become accomplished in the new era.The paper explores the cultivation of college students with"Three Haves"from three dimensions--ideological cognition,value recognition,and practical action.
