摘 要:目的 调查中医药院校本科生学业辅导需求相关因素,分析存在的主要问题,并提出相关建议.方法 采用问卷形式对北京中医药大学1 528名在校本科生进行调查,运用SPSS 23.0统计学软件对学生基本信息、学习状态、学业问题和学业辅导需求等进行数据分析.结果 学业辅导需求的相关因素共9个,导致学业辅导需求降低的影响因素为专业喜好、专业前景及目标设定,不能适应大学学习生活、学习压力大的学生最需要学业辅导.结论 了解中医药院校学生学业辅导需求的相关因素,有利于学校制定相关政策,提高学生学业辅导的需求,从而提升学业辅导质量.Objective This paper aims to investigate the related factors of academic counseling needs of undergraduate students in TCM colleges and universities, identify the main problems and put forward suggestions. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1528 undergraduates in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(BUCM), SPSS 23.0 was used to analyze the students’ basic information, learning status, academic problems and academic counseling needs. Results There are nine influencing factors of academic counseling needs, among which professional preference, professional prospect and goal setting ranking the first three factors which decrease the needs of academic counseling, while inadaptation to college life and high pressure due to studying are two most mentioned factors of academic counseling needs. Conclusion The research contributes to the better understanding of factors of academic counseling needs of TCM students as well as formulating relevant policies by the university, which will improve the quality of academic counseling.
