摘 要:大风天气造成车辆失稳、侧翻、货物跌落等事故是一类复杂的动力学问题,给相关事故处理工作带来了困难。针对大风天气下的事故致因,尤其强风是否对事故有直接影响等实践问题,首先通过大风事故的地域分布、形态分布,分析大风天气的典型事故特征;然后利用动力学仿真和有限元仿真,对大风天气条件下“新疆三十里风区”涉及货运车辆的事故开展深入研究,并探讨大风天气货运车辆行驶稳定性、货物栓固稳定性等关键问题;最终针对大风天气的事故预防提出建议。Accidents such as vehicle instability,rollover and cargo falling caused by gale weather are a type of complex dynamics problem,which brings difficulties to the accident handling.Regarding the accident causes in the windy weather,especially the practical questions of whether the strong wind has a direct impact on the accident,the paper firstly analyzes the typical accident characteristics from the aspects of geographical distribution and morphological distribution of the accidents involving the gale weather.Then,dynamic simulation and finite element simulation are employed to carry out to research the accidents involving freight vehicles in the strong wind zone.Key issues such as the driving stability and the security of cargo lashing of freight vehicles in the gale weather are also discussed.Finally,suggestions are provided for accident prevention in the gale weather.
