摘　　要：跨境电商行业的迅猛发展催生了大量的人才需求,然而高校培养出来的跨境电商人才却满足不了跨境电商企业对人才的需求,重要原因之一是因为高校培养出来的人才缺乏实践能力和动手能力,基于校企合作的跨境电商人才培养能够有效解决跨境电商供需失衡问题。文章先探讨当前跨境电商校企合作的模式和这些模式背后存在的问题,接着在前面研究的基础之上提出基于校企合作的跨境电商人才培养思路。研究希望能够为校企在如何进行有效合作和人才培养上提供参考建议,从而解决跨境电商市场的巨大需求和学校人才培养的巨大反差。The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry has spawned a large number of talent needs.However,the cross-border e-commerce talents trained by colleges and universities cannot meet the talent needs of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.One of the important reasons is that the talents trained by colleges and universities lack practical ability and practical ability.Cross border e-commerce talent training based on school enterprise cooperation can effectively solve the imbalance between supply and demand of cross-border e-commerce.This paper first discusses the current modes of cross-border e-commerce school enterprise cooperation and the problems behind these modes,and then puts forward the idea of cross-border e-commerce talent training based on school enterprise cooperation on the basis of the previous research.The research hopes to provide reference suggestions for schools and enterprises on how to carry out effective cooperation and talent training,so as to solve the huge demand of cross-border e-commerce market and the huge contrast between school talent training.
