摘  要:国家公立医院高质量发展要求完善人才评价机制,坚持分层分类评价。为科学、合理地进行医师分类考核聘任管理,某院结合职称工作实践,将医师晋升分为医疗型、科研型、教学型和复合型4种类型,医疗型以临床为主,在临床医疗能力、新技术项目发展应用方面能起到引领作用;科研型具有明确的研究方向和一定科研积累,能领导或独立承担国家级科研课题;教学型能够在教学工作上付出更多的时间与精力;复合型在临床、教学和科研协同发展,既具有扎实的临床技能,也具有良好教学与科研工作业绩。形成科有特色、人有专长的良好局面,促进医院医疗、教学、科研同步发展,提高医院人力资源效益和核心竞争力。National public hospital development request high quality talent evaluation mechanism,adhere to the hierarchical classification evaluation,physician classification for scientific and reasonable assessment of employment management,combined with our title work practice,physicians promotion can be divided into spa,cu,teaching model and compound 4 types,spa is given priority to with clinical,Can play a leading role in the development and application direction of clinical medical ability and new technology projects;The scientific research type has a clear research direction and certain scientific research accumulation,and can lead or independently undertake national scientific research projects;The teaching type can pay more time and energy on the teaching work;The combination of clinical,teaching and scientific research in the collaborative development,not only has solid clinical skills,but also has good teaching and scientific research work performance.To form a good situation where departments have their own characteristics and people have their own expertise,promote the synchronous development of hospital medical treatment,teaching and scientific research,and improve the efficiency and core competitiveness of hospital human resources.
