后腹腔镜保留肾上腺手术治疗原发性醛固酮腺瘤的价值

摘　　要：目的:探究后腹腔镜保留肾上腺手术治疗原发性醛固酮腺瘤的临床优势。方法:将医院收治的原发性醛固酮腺瘤患者100例随机分为两组,对照组患者行后腹腔镜肾上腺全切除术治疗,实验组患者行后腹腔镜保留肾上腺手术治疗,即肾上腺部分切除术治疗,对两组患者治疗结果进行分析。结果:两组患者原发性醛固酮腺瘤患者的总有效率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者术后血钾水平高于对照组,血浆醛固酮水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:原发性醛固酮腺瘤患者接受后腹腔镜保留肾上腺手术治疗,可保证治疗的效果,且可促进患者血钾、血浆醛固酮水平的改善。Objective:To explore retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenal gland preserving surgery after primary clinical advantages of aldosterone adenoma.Method:100 cases of patients with primary aldosterone adenoma as the research object,the random grouping,the control group after all laparoscopic adrenal gland resection treatment,the experimental group after laparoscopic reserves the adrenal gland surgery,namely adrenal resection treatment,the treatment results of two groups were analyzed.Results:two groups of aldosterone adenoma patients compared to the total effective rate,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Postoperative potassium levels higher than the control group,experimental group,the plasma aldosterone levels lower than the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion:primary aldosterone adenoma patients after laparoscopic reserves the adrenal gland surgery,can guarantee the effect of treatment,and potassium can promote patients and improved the level of plasma aldosterone is of great significance.
