摘　　要：目的:探讨齐拉西酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗女性情感障碍躁狂发作的疗效,并对垂体泌乳素、甲状腺轴作用分析。方法:选取78例患者按照随机数表法分为观察组(40例)和对照组(38例),对照组患者采用丙戊酸钠治疗,观察组患者采用齐拉西酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗。观察两组患者治疗疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:齐拉西酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗女性情感障碍躁狂发作疗效显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,稳定神经内分泌激素,调节甲状腺功能,不良反应少,安全可靠。Objective:To study the efficacy of ziprasidone combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of manic episodes of female affective disorder and analyze its effect on pituitary prolactin and thyroid axis.Methods:78 patients were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=38).The control group was treated with sodium valproate while the observation group adopted ziprasidone combined with sodium valproate.Then observe the treatment efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ziprasidone combined with sodium valproate has a significant effect on the treatment of manic episodes of female affective disorder,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,stabilize neuroendocrine hormones,regulate thyroid function,and has fewer adverse reactions,and is safe and reliable.
