摘  要:目的:探讨基于PACS平台(基于医学影像存档与传输系统)的多元化教学模式在中医院校超声医学临床教学中的教学效果。方法:分组对比,A组学生(30名)仍采用基于PACS平台的LBL教学方法;B组学生(30名)采用基于PACS平台的多元化教学模式,以消化系统疾病超声诊断为例进行教学,评估两种教学方法的教学效果。结果:B组学生在理论知识考核及实践技能考核方面的表现均优于A组学生;实践技能考核发现B组学生在专业技能操作及面试方面的表现优于A组学生,而书写报告方面两组间无统计学差异。结论:基于PACS平台的多元化教学模式在中医院校超声医学临床教学中的应用,提高了学生的自主学习能力,培养了学生的超声诊断临床应用能力及超声诊断思维能力。Objective:To explore the teaching effect of diversified teaching mode based on PACS platform in clinical teaching of ultrasound medicine in Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:30 students in group A still use LBL teaching method based on PACS platform while 30 students in group B adopt diversified teaching mode based on PACS platform.ultrasonic diagnosis of digestive system diseases was adopted as an example to evaluate the teaching effect of the two teaching methods.Results:The performance of group B in theoretical knowledge assessment and practical skills assessment were better than that of group A.In practical skills assessment,the professional skills operation and interview skills in Group B were better than that of group A,but there was no statistical difference in report writing between the two groups.Conclusion:The application of the diversified teaching mode based on PACS platform in clinical teaching of ultrasound medicine in Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine can improve students’self-learning ability,and cultivate students’clinical application ability and thinking ability of ultrasonic diagnosis.
