摘　　要：源创新对推动创新创业具有重要意义。本文通过分析源创新与不同创新模式的关系后发现,源创新是一种破坏性的商业模式创新,旨在以新的理念触动新的需求。两面市场模型和反向思维模型是源创新的两种主要表现,也是推动创业企业成功的两种创新战略。通过分析首汽约车和呷哺呷哺的案例发现,创业企业源创新的外部驱动因素包括市场机会、用户需求、政策导向和市场竞争压力等,内部驱动因素包括企业文化、企业家精神、管理认知、吸收能力、技术创新能力、盈利模式等。创业企业可以基于双面市场和反向思维两种模型开展源创新活动,并通过发挥内外部因素的作用,激发企业的创新活力。Source innovation plays an important role in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between source innovation and different innovation modes,this paper finds that source innovation is a destructive business model innovation,aiming to trigger new demands with new ideas.Two-sided market model and reverse thinking model are two main manifestations of source innovation,as well as two innovation strategies that contribute to the success of start-up enterprises.Based on the case analysis of Shouqi Travel and Xiabu Xiabu,the study finds that factors that drive the source innovation of start-up enterprises include external factors like market opportunity,user demand,policy orientation and market competition,and internal factors such as corporate culture,entrepreneurship,management cognition,absorptive capacity,technological innovation ability and profit model.Entrepreneurial enterprises can carry out source innovation based on two-sided market model and reverse thinking model,and stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprises by bringing into play both internal and external factors.
