烤烟上部叶成熟过程中叶片姿态变化及其原因分析

摘　　要：为明确烤烟上部叶成熟过程中叶片姿态的变化,探讨了利用叶片姿态判断烤烟叶片成熟度的可行性,以云烟116上部叶作为试验材料,设置了5个不同的采收成熟度,测定了不同采收成熟度下叶片姿态的变化、与之相关的生理生化指标和烤后烟叶质量。结果表明:随着采收成熟度的提高,烟叶表现出茎叶夹角增大、叶披垂角增加、弯曲位置由叶基部移动以及曲率增加的趋势,叶片姿态逐渐由直挺趋向于弯曲,且叶片姿态指标与成熟度存在着极显著的相关性(P<0.01)。相关分析结果表明:叶长、叶宽、叶宽位置、叶鲜重、叶干重、重心、主脉含水率和纤维酶活性与叶片姿态的4个指标的相关关系均达到了极显著水平(P<0.01)。由此可知,烤烟上部叶采收成熟度与叶片姿态密切相关,叶片姿态可以作为一种判断鲜烟叶成熟度的指标。In order to clarify the change of leaf posture during the maturation of the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco,the feasibility of judging the maturity of flue-cured tobacco leaves by leaf posture was explored.The upper leaves of Yunyan 116 were used as the test material and five different harvest maturities were set.The changes of leaf posture,related physiological and biochemical indexes and the quality of flue-cured tobacco under different harvest maturities were measured.The results showed that with the increase of harvest maturity,tobacco leaves showed a trend of increasing stem-leaf angle,leaf drape angle,bending position moved from the leaf base and increasing curvature.The leaf posture gradually changed from straight to bent.There was a very significant correlation between blade attitude indicators and maturity(P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that the correlation between leaf length,leaf width,leaf width position,leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,center of gravity,main vein water content,fiber enzyme activity and leaf posture reached a very significant level(P<0.01).The harvest maturity of the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco was closely related to the leaf posture,and the leaf posture index could be used as an index for judging the maturity of fresh tobacco leaves.
