摘  要:为提高羊柴的使用效率,增加畜牧业冬春季的饲料供应,探索羊柴青贮的新方法。通过羊柴和粮饲兼用型青贮玉米秸秆按不同比例(1:0、3:1、1:1、1:3、0:1)进行塑料袋混合青贮,同时添加不同用量的乳酸菌制剂(0、10、20、30 g/t)促进青贮发酵,测定比较各处理的发酵品质及营养品质,确定羊柴和玉米秸秆最优的混贮方式。结果表明:羊柴单独青贮不易成功,羊柴与玉米秸秆混合青贮易成功,混合青贮能实现两种饲料营养成分互补;添加乳酸菌制剂可以促进青贮发酵,提高青贮饲料的发酵质量。羊柴与玉米秸秆混合比例1:1并添加20 g/t乳酸菌制剂处理的乳酸含量高于对照羊柴单独青贮且不添加乳酸菌制剂处理282.54%(P<0.05),氨态氮/总氮值低61.58%(P<0.05);羊柴与玉米秸秆混合比例1:1并添加20 g/t乳酸菌制剂处理的粗蛋白质含量高于对照羊柴单独青贮且不添加乳酸菌制剂处理98.86%(P<0.05),中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量分别低32.19%、47.65%(P<0.05)。经过综合比较青贮饲料各处理的感官品质、发酵品质及营养品质,确定羊柴与玉米秸秆混合比例1:1同时添加20 g/t乳酸菌制剂的条件下青贮效果最优。In order to improve the use efficiency of sheep firewood and increase the feed supply of animal husbandry in winter and spring,a new method of sheep firewood silage was explored.Through the mixed silage of sheep firewood and grain and feed corn straw in plastic bags according to different proportions(1:0,3:1,1:1,1:3,0:1),and adding different amounts of lactic acid bacteria(0,10,20,30 g/t)to promote silage fermentation,the fermentation quality and nutritional quality of each treatment were measured and compared to determine the optimal mixed storage mode of sheep firewood and corn straw.The results showed that the silage of sheep firewood alone was not easy to succeed,and the mixed silage of sheep firewood and corn straw was easy to succeed.The mixed silage could complement the nutritional components of the two feeds;The addition of lactic acid bacteria can promote silage fermentation and improve the fermentation quality of silage.The lactic acid content of sheep firewood mixed with corn straw in the ratio of 1:1 and added with 20 g/t lactic acid bacteria preparation was 282.54%higher than that of sheep firewood silage alone without lactic acid bacteria preparation,and the ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen value was 61.58%lower(P<0.05);The crude protein content of sheep firewood mixed with corn straw in the ratio of 1:1 and added with20 g/t lactic acid bacteria preparation was 98.86%higher than that of sheep firewood silage alone without lactic acid bacteria preparation,and the contents of neutral and acid washing fiber were 32.19%and 47.65%lower respectively(P<0.05).By comprehensively comparing the sensory quality,fermentation quality and nutritional quality of each treatment of silage,it was determined that the silage effect was the best when the mixing ratio of yangchai and corn straw was 1:1 and 20 g/t lactic acid bacteria preparation was added at the same time.
