新时代青年传承工匠精神探究

摘　　要：新时代青年的价值取向关系到国家未来兴衰存亡。青年应传承中国共产党伟大建党精神谱系中的工匠精神,推动我国制造业向精品制造转型升级。通过阐述马克思主义青年观、青年价值观和工匠精神历史渊源、基本内涵等研究概况,分析新时代青年传承工匠精神的价值所在,包括降低不良思想对新时代青年价值观的影响、重视中国风格工匠精神的典范价值和文化自信、提升高素质技术技能人才的社会服务能力等内容,提出关注不同国家工匠精神的特色、研究不同时期工匠精神特点、正确理解工匠精神是职业教育灵魂的建议。The healthy values of young people in the new era is related to the development of the country.We should inherit craftsmanship in building the Communist Party of China to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.This paper expounds youth and their values from the perspective of Marxism,the origin and connotation of craftsmanship,and analyzes the significance of inheriting craftsman spirit in the new era to reduce the impact of unhealthy tendencies on youth,to highlight the role of craftsmanship in helping youth become role model and promote their cultural self-confidence,and to improve the professional skills of talents.It puts forward some suggestions on studying on the characteristics of craftsmanship in different countries and in different times,and on applying craftsmanship in vocational education.
