摘 要:以一年生香椿枝条为材料,探究香椿枝条的最佳生根条件。研究了吲哚丁酸(IBA)浓度及其处理时间对香椿不同级别的枝条(从顶芽开始分为三级)扦插生根率的影响。结果表明,针对香椿各级枝条,200 mg/L IBA浸泡40 min的处理具有最佳生根率,在该条件下,二级和三级枝条生根效果更佳,生根率分别为92.0%和92.7%.本研究结果为优质香椿的无性快速繁殖奠定了技术基础。The branches of one-year-old Toona sinensis were used as explants to establish the optimum condition of rhizogenesis.The effect of concentrations of indolebutyric acid(IBA)and treating duration by IBA on the rooting rate of different levels of branches(divided into three grades from the top bud)was investigated.The results showed that branches treated by 200mg/LIBA for 40 min had the optimum rooting rate.Under this condition,the rooting effect of secondary and tertiary branches was 92.0%and 92.7%respectively.The results laid a good foudation for the asexual rapid propagation of high quality Toona sinensis.
