舒肝解郁胶囊联合阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者PANSS评分及氧化应激指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症(SP)的临床疗效及对患者阳性及阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、氧化应激指标的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月广州市民政局精神病院收治的80例SP患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组口服阿立哌唑治疗,观察组加用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,持续用药8周。比较两组临床疗效、PANSS评分、氧化应激指标及安全性。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后PANSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)水平高于对照组,过氧化氢酶(CAT)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗8周的副反应量表(TESS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合阿立哌唑可增强SP治疗效果,降低PANSS评分,减轻氧化应激反应,促进病情恢复,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia(SP)and the effects on the scores of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)and oxidative stress indexes in patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with SP admitted to the Psychiatric Hospital of the Bureau of Civil Affairs of Guangzhou Municipality from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral aripiprazole,while the observation group was treated with additional Shugan Jieyu Capsule on the basis of oral aripiprazole,and both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,PANSS score,oxidative stress index and medication safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The PANSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of catalase(CAT)was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)scores of the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 8 weeks of treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with aripiprazole can enhance the efficacyon SP,reduce PANSS scores,mitigate oxidative stress response,and promote rehabilitation,which is safe and reliable.
