摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素α2b凝胶联合微波治疗对慢性宫颈炎合并高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者辅助性T细胞/调节性T细胞(Th17/Treg)及炎性细胞水平的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2020年7月收治的90例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=45)接受微波治疗,观察组(n=45)在对照组基础上加重组人干扰素α2b凝胶,对两组治疗效果及Th17/Treg、炎性细胞水平进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组Th17细胞、Treg、Th17/Treg、IL-1β、TGF-β1、IL-10水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组Th17细胞、Th17/Treg、IL-1β、TGF-β1低于对照组,Treg和IL-10高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α2b凝胶联合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染效果满意,可有效调节Th17/Treg平衡与炎性因子水平,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human interferonα2b gel combined with microwave therapy on the levels of helper T cells/regulatory T cells(Th17/Treg)and inflammatory cells in patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infections.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic cervicitis combined with HPV infections admitted from June 2018 to July 2020 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=45)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with microwave therapy,while the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferonα2b gel on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The efficacy and the levels of Th17/Treg and inflammatory cells were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than that in the control group(82.22%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the levels of Th17 cells,Treg,Th17/Treg,interleukin-1β(IL-1β),serum transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1)and interleukin-10(IL-10)before treatment(P>0.05),while after treatment,the levels of Th17 cells,Th17/Treg,IL-1βand TGF-β1 were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,the levels of Trey and IL-10 were higher in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα2b gel combined with microwave therapy can achieve ideal efficacy and can effectively regulate Th17/Treg balance and the levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infections,and is worthy of promotion.
