心理想象疗法联合隔姜灸法对乳腺癌化疗胃肠道不良反应的效果

摘　　要：目的观察心理想象疗法联合隔姜灸法对乳腺癌化疗胃肠道不良反应的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月EC方案乳腺癌化疗患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、隔姜灸组和联合组。对照组采用常规治疗;隔姜灸组在常规治疗基础上行隔姜灸治疗;联合组采用常规治疗+隔姜灸治疗+心理想象疗法治疗。结果治疗前,三组患者SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后各组SAS评分明显降低,其中,联合组患者SAS评分相对最低,其次为隔姜灸组,对照组相对最高(P<0.05)。联合组出现恶心呕吐程度主要分布在0级和Ⅰ级,程度相对最轻微,其次为隔姜灸组,对照组相对严重(P<0.05)。联合组食欲情况评分分布在6分以下占95.00%,其次为隔姜灸组占82.50%,对照组相对较差(P<0.05)。结论心理想象疗法联合隔姜灸治疗可以减轻乳腺癌蒽环类化疗药物引起的恶心呕吐,缓解患者焦虑,改善患者食欲,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of psycho-imagination therapy combined with gingerpartitioned moxibustion on gastrointestinal adverse reactions in breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast cancer receiving EC chemotherapy from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group,the ginger-partitioned moxibustion group and the combination therapy group by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine treatment;the gingerpartitioned moxibustion group was treated with ginger-partitioned moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment;the combination therapy group was treated with routine treatment+ginger-partitioned moxibustion+psychoimagination therapy.Results There was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the SAS score of each group decreased significantly after treatment.The SAS score of the combination therapy group was the relatively lowest,followed by the ginger separated moxibustion group,and the control group showed the relatively highest score(P<0.05).The degree of nausea and vomiting in the combination therapy group was mainly Grade 0 and GradeⅠ,which was relatively mild,followed by the ginger-partitioned moxibustion group,and the control group showed relatively serious symptoms(P<0.05).The appetite scores below 6 points accounted for 95.00%in the combination therapy group,followed by 82.50%in the ginger-partitioned moxibustion group,and the control group had relatively poor appetite(P<0.05).Conclusion Psycho-imagination therapy combined with ginger-partitioned moxibustion can alleviate nausea and vomiting caused by anthracycline chemotherapy drugs for breast cancer,relieve anxiety and improve appetite,and is worthy of clinical application.
