摘　　要：临床技能是住院医师规范化培训必备的最核心、最基本的能力。作为检验医学人才培养水平的重要指标,临床技能的考核至关重要。本研究根据现代医学教育发展模式,结合张家港市第一人民医院(我院)住院医师规范化培训情况,提出多站式考核(OSCE)中心建设方案,旨在提高住院医师临床实操技能与综合素养,进而提高我院带教水平,为规培生“综合型”发展提供良好平台。考核中心拟建立开放体系、网上预约平台等,针对题库、评分系统及反馈系统等建设难点提出对应策略,为OSCE多站式考核中心可持续运行奠定基础。中心有效解决了以传统考核体系的不足,为广大医院考核中心的建设提供参考。Clinical skills are the most core and basic abilities necessary for the standardized training of residents.As an important indicator of the training level of laboratory medicine talents,the assessment of clinical skills is crucial.Based on the development mode of modern medical education,and in combination with the standardized training of residents in Zhangjiagang First People’s Hospital(our hospital),this study proposes construction plan of the Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE)-based assessment center,aiming to improve the clinical operation skills and comprehensive quality of residents,and thereby further upgrading the teaching level of our hospital,and providing a good platform for the"comprehensive"development of students under standardized training.The assessment center intends to establish an open system and online reservation platform,and put forward countermeasures to address the difficulties in the construction of the question bank,scoring system and feedback system,so as to lay the foundation for the sustainable operation of the OSCEbased multi-station assessment center.The construction of this center effectively solves the shortcomings of the traditional assessment system and provides references for the construction of the assessment center in the majority of hospitals.
