原发灶不明的腹股沟转移性癌1例报道

摘　　要：原发灶不明的转移性癌(CUP)是一类病理学已明确为转移癌但通过目前完善的诊断方法仍无法明确原发灶的恶性肿瘤。因其原发灶不明,诊断和治疗困难,多数患者接受转移灶局部治疗和/或全身经验性化疗,其中约80%的患者预后不良,平均总生存时间只有6~9个月。本研究报道1例原发灶不明的腹股沟转移性癌诊断及化疗经过,目前患者发现转移灶至今15个月,预计生存时间半年以上,总生存期预计21个月,报道此病例以供参考。Carcinoma of unknown primary(CUP)is a type of malignant tumor that has been pathologically identified as metastatic carcinoma with its primary site not being identified by the current perfect diagnostic methods.Because of the difficulty in diagnosis and treatment due to the unknown primary,most patients receive local treatment of metastases and/or empirical systemic chemotherapy,and about 80%of them have a poor prognosis with an average overall survival time of only 6-9 months.This paper intends to report the process of diagnosis and chemotherapy for a case of CUP in the inguinal.It is found that this case has been suffering from metastasis for 15 months since the discovery,with an expected survival time of more than six months and an expected overall survival of 21 months.The case is herein repo rted for reference.
