摘　　要：本文是受国家卫生健康委卫生健康监督中心委托的《应对学校突发公共卫生事件依法开展卫生监督工作指引(学校)的编制》项目启发,在项目完成的基础上,结合卫生监督工作实际,针对学校突发公共卫生事件的对象特点、职责依据、应对原则等,提出今后对学校突发公共卫生事件依法开展监督检查的工作指引,对有效预防和控制学校突发公共卫生事件、指导基层监督员监督执法具有一定现实意义。This paper was inspired by the project of“Guidelines for school health supervision in response to public health emergencies in accordance with the law(school)”commissioned by the Health Supervision Center of the National Health Commission.Based on the completion of the project and combined with the actual work of health supervision,this paper presented guidelines according to the object characteristics,responsibility basis,and response principles of school public health emergencies.It is of great significance to effectively prevent and control school public health emergencies,and to guide grass-roots supervisors to supervise law enforcement.
