摘  要:通过调研我国重载铁路货车车轮廓形标准,对货车不同轮缘厚标准廓形建模。由于目前货车轮对管理中段修后不记录旋修后车轮标准,因此无法追踪每次段修所用的标准旋修廓形,而实际分析整个廓形磨耗又需确定上次旋修所选用的标准,所以文中结合铁路货车车轮旋修标准发展了相应的数据分析程序,用以分析计算每条车轮全廓形的磨耗情况;系统地分析了铁路货车测量数据,提出车轮廓形磨耗位置的数值表达方式;基于开行的重载铁路货车试验列车实地测得大量车轮廓形数据,并结合以上廓形数据分析方法,分析车轮磨耗的影响因素以及影响程度的变化规律。同时希望通过研究能丰富轮对磨耗研究的方法。Based on the investigation of the wheel profile standards of heavy-duty railway freight cars in China, the standard profile models of different wheel flange thicknesses of freight cars are built. At present, there is no record of the wheel standard after turning in the middle section of the freight train wheel set management, so it is impossible to track the standard turning profile used in each section repair, and it is necessary to determine the standard selected in the last turning for the actual analysis of the whole profile wear. Therefore, this paper develops the corresponding data analysis program based on the wheel turning standard of the railway freight train to analyze and calculate the full profile wear of each wheel. This paper systematically analyzes the measured data of railway freight cars and puts forward the numerical expression of wheel profile wear position. Based on the field measured data of heavy-duty railway freight car test train, combined with the above profile data analysis method, it analyzes the influence factors of wheel wear and the change rule of influence degree. At the same time, it is hoped that this study can enrich the research methods of wheel set wear.
