摘　　要：脂肪性肝病是临床常见的肝脏疾病,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,西医治疗脂肪肝会带来不良反应,且疗效不佳,而中医药在治疗脂肪肝方面优势突出。孟河医派创立以来,名家辈出,新说迭现,认为脂肪性肝病多因禀赋不足、饮食不拘或情志内伤致肝、脾、肾三脏功能失调,痰湿瘀浊搏结于肝而成。孟河医家用药轻灵,醇正和缓,临床辨治脂肪肝以实脾为要,辅以疏肝解郁、滋补肝肾、痰瘀同治、温肝散浊、巧用轻身药等诸法,为后世治疗肝系疾病提供了可贵经验。Fatty liver disease is a common clinical liver disease,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Western medicine in treating the disease shows adverse reactions and poor efficacy,while traditional Chinese medicine has prominent advantages in treating the disease.Since the establishment of the Menghe medical school(孟河医家),a large number of famous experts and new theories have appeared.They believed that fatty liver disease was mainly caused by insufficient endowment,inadequate diet,or internal emotional injury,resulting in dysfunction of the liver,spleen,and kidneys;then,phlegm,dampness,stasis and turbidity were formed in the liver.The medication for fatty liver disease by the Menghe medical school was in light,mellow and mild manners.The clinical differentiation and treatment of fatty liver disease focused on strengthening the spleen,supplemented by soothing the liver and relieving depression,nourishing the liver and kidney,treating phlegm and stasis simultaneously,warming the liver and dispelling turbidity,and skillfully using light-weight medicines,which provided valuable references for later generations in treating liver system diseases.
