橘丹汤治疗痰瘀互结证型非酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨橘丹汤治疗痰瘀互结证型非酒精性脂肪肝的有效性。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年4月福建中医药大学附属三明市中西医结合医院收治的60例痰瘀互结证型非酒精性脂肪肝患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组患者服用水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗,而研究组患者服用橘丹汤治疗,观察并对比两组患者治疗前后血脂、肝功能、彩超、肝纤维化扫描(Fibroscan)分期及临床症状。结果:治疗后,两组血脂、肝功能指标对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组彩超分级、Fibroscan分期对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;研究组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组身体质量指数(Body Mass Index,BMI)评分比对照组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:橘丹汤治疗痰瘀互结证型非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效佳,可明显改善患者血脂、肝功能指标,具有一定临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Judan decoction(橘丹汤)on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with silybin capsules,while the study group was treated with the Judan decoction.Results:After treatment,the blood lipid and liver function indexes in the two groups were compared,P<0.05.The color Doppler ultrasound grading and Fibroscan staging in the two groups were compared,P<0.05.The total efficiency in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The BMI score in the study group was more significantly ameliorated than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Judan decoction shows a good clinical effect on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of the phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,which can significantly ameliorate the blood lipid and liver function indexes of patients,and has a certain clinical application value.
